Through the cooler months, our vegetable rows carry the bulk of what leaves the farm — leafy greens and seasonal vegetables that do well in Bu Kirayyah's soil once temperatures ease. As the weather warms, citrus and other fruit trees come into their own, followed by the palm groves as the year moves toward the summer date harvest.
Poultry and eggs stay a constant year-round, since the flocks are raised on open runs regardless of season, with eggs collected fresh every morning no matter the month.
